Annual Fee

Dear Hocam,

An annual membership fee is required by our By-Laws. As decided by the 8th General Assembly held on January 26th, 2025, the OAAC annual membership fee is currently CAD$35/ regular members and CAD$10/ student members.

Members can choose the most convenient of the following options to pay their annual membership fees:

Debit/Credit Card Payment:

You can pay via Debit/Credit Card through our membership system. Payments through our membership system will return an automatic payment confirmation e-mail. Please note the payments will be reflected as $36.05 for regular members and $10.60 for students due to an additional 2.9% + $0.30 service commission fee taken by Stripe and PayPal for handling transactions.

E-transfer:

You can e-transfer the membership fee to membershipfee@odtualumnicanada.ca without any additional service charges by including your full name (the name of the member that you are paying on behalf of, if any).

Cheque:

You can send your cheques to OAAC’s address below, mentioning the name of the member and the additional donation amount, if any.
