OAAC Extraordinary General Assembly & 4th Annual General Assembly
We are kindly reminding you to register for OAAC Extraordinary General Assembly & 4th Annual General Assembly. Please click here to register and find the details below.
After the Extraordinary General Assembly held in August 2020, a working group was established to work on improvements on the By-Laws as decided by the Assembly. The Working group completed its work and agreed on some changes and improvements in the By-Laws document. Board of Directors decided to call an Extraordinary General Assembly just to discuss these proposed changes by the working group. For the sake of time-saving, the Board decided to call an Extraordinary General Assembly meeting to be held just before the 4th Annual General Assembly.
Both Extraordinary and 4th Annual General Assembly of ODTU Alumni Association of Canada will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021, via Zoom meeting,
· Extraordinary General Assembly- 1:00 pm EST
· 4th Annual General Assembly- 2:00-4:00 pm EST
The Agenda for both the Extraordinary and the Annual General Assembly and the working group’s proposed changes in the By-laws are attached. The proposed changes are redlined. Also, the meeting minutes of the previous General Assembly and Extraordinary General Assembly is attached.
