It is that time of the year when we meet and discuss what we have done and what we can do next year!

The 6^th Regular General Assembly of the ODTU Alumni Association of Canada will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2023, via Zoom meeting.

The Agenda for Annual General Assembly;

• Election for Chair of General Assembly and Secretaries
• Statement of quorum and review of Agenda
• Annual Progress Report by Chair of the Board
• Report by the Audit Committee for 2022
• Discussion on any other proposed changes (submitted before the due date) in OAAC By-Laws
• Elections for:
  • Board of Directors
  • Audit Committee
• Annual Membership Due for 2023
• Other Proposals, Suggestions or Questions to the new Board
• Adjournment
